101 Lesson Class This is a 6 week class - meets weekly on Thursdays @ 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. BEGINS - Thurs- April 11 - May 16th.
Students will learn equipment, range safety, range commands, USA Archery National Training Steps (NTS), safe shooting form / kinesiology & injury prevention and positive mental mgmt. Students are expected to bring a positive affirmation to each class meet. Class is led by SafeSport Certified, Back ground screened and USA Archery Certified Level 3 Coach Steph Eastwood.
Equipment available (Genesis bows) - IF student has own GENESIS basic compound bow they may bring.
**FOR SAFETY** Students with long hair are expected to have hair tied back. NO SANDELS, CROCKS OR OPEN TOE SHOES ARE PERMITTED
Archery 201 Lesson Class This is a 6 week class - meets weekly on Thursdays @ 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. BEGINS - Thurs- April 11 - May 16th.
*PRE-REQUISITE* ARCHERY 101- Students must have previously completed our Archery 101 class.
Students will continue on their archery skills to refine their proper shooting form & shot process to become repeatable, learn scoring, the varying targets of each discipline, shot clock and tournament format.
Students will review equipment, range safety, range commands, USA Archery National Training Steps (NTS), safe shooting form / kinesiology & injury prevention and positive mental mgmt. Students are expected to bring a positive affirmation to each class meet. Class is led by SafeSport Certified, Back ground screened and USA Archery Certified Level 3 Coach Steph Eastwood.
