Accident Waiver / Release of Liability / Photo Release


I, the undersigned participant, do hereby waive and release the Easton Foundation, Easton Sports Development Foundation, and Easton Sports Development Foundation II, and their respective coaches/instructors, officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, independent contractors, representatives and volunteers (collectively, the “Easton Foundations”) from any and all liability whatsoever related in any way to my involvement or participation in archery-related activities and use of any equipment, facilities and/or services, including virtual services, provided by the Easton Foundations, including but not limited to all liability for property damage, personal injury and/or death.


IN CONSIDERATION of my permitted involvement in archery-related activities provided by the Easton Foundations (either on- site, off-site, or virtually), I further acknowledge and agree that:


  1. The sport of archery involves risk of PROPERTY DAMAGE, BODILY INJURY and/or DEATH.

  2. I KNOWINGLY and FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, and

  3. I, FOR MYSELF, and ON BEHALF OF MY HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ESTATE, HEREBY FULLY RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS and CONVENANT NOT TO SUE THE EASTON FOUNDATIONS WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL SUCH PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH.

  4. The foregoing release extends to both known and unknown claims to the fullest extent allowed by law.


The Easton Foundations and their coaches/instructors, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers have my permission to seek whatever medical treatment may be deemed prudent or necessary in the event of an emergency.


In addition to the foregoing, I understand that my access to the Archery Centers and/or any virtual service provided by the Easton Foundations is pursuant and subject to all posted and verbal instructions, applicable range rules, workshop rules and other rules and regulations adopted from time to time by the Easton Foundations, as well as to any Private Party Space License Agreement and Regulations or other agreements relating to my access to the Archery Centers, and I agree to comply with such instructions, rules and regulations and any such agreements during my use of the Archery Centers and/or any virtual service. I also agree to remain alert and act in a careful and prudent manner at all times while participating in activities at the Archery Centers, on-site, off-site, or virtually.


I hereby authorize the Easton Foundations to utilize any and all photographs, digital images, videos or other likeness of me or anyone assigned guardianship to me, as they deem appropriate in promotional materials, educational materials and/or web content, without compensation.
